Retail Sector 200- 300 STORES (IRELAND AND UK)
- 7am-11pm, 364 days Support Desk.
- Triage up to 1000 Support requests per month.
- Support of all store hardware and software systems.
- Escalation to third party including communication, security and electrical issues.
- Software rollout to over 1000 POS after closing over 4 weeks.
